Public Trust Clearance

• Windows troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve efficiently and effectively while minimizing the downtime users. Highly adaptive to a changing environment. Apple skills preferred, but not required • IOS Support. Knowledge and experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, MIFI, IPADs). • Knowledge of Network Print support *Excellent Customer Services Skills and able to professionally and effectively communication to a diverse customer base, in a sometimes very high paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications and End User support • Time Management Skills and ability to work in a high paced environment Understanding of NASA procurement policies and procedures Ability to lift 40 pounds Inventory of Onsite equipment Other duties as required. 
Pass a security check Function as a system admin Windows Skills, Window/Apple Software hardware certs preferred, but not required, At least 3 years of experience
