Apple Certification Required• Windows troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve efficiently and effectively while minimizing the downtime users. Highly adaptive to a changing environment. Apple skills required • IOS Support. Knowledge and experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, Android, MIFI, IPADs). • Knowledge of Network Print support *Excellent Customer Services Skills and able to professionally and effectively communication to a diverse customer base, in a sometimes very high paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications and End User support • Time Management Skills and ability to work in a high paced environment. Ability to lift 40 pounds Inventory of Onsite equipment. Other duties as required
