Our client provides network support and troubleshooting for their client’s LAN/WAN environments, including routers and switches.  As a Technical Support Analyst, you will take inbound calls from end clients in a fast-paced, family environment.  You will work with ISP’s, hardware vendors, and client Help Desks/Network Operations Centers to resolve problems and communicate solutions.  Our client will provide the necessary training that leverages your existing PC/Network knowledge and ensures your opportunity for success!
Skills/Experience Requirements:

-Basic PC/Networking Technical Knowledge -Shift Flexibility (7x24x365 operation)-High School Diploma-Background check required
