Note: All the shipping/receiving and data entry clerks work on a web-based software program all day long and have to have great keyboarding skills, be able to focus and maintain high accuracy in the midst of repetitive processes and get along with the team we are building. We look at job history, longevity, applicable experience, etc.

Overview:
Performs basic tasks associated with servicing customer product, adhering to productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Services customer product, including receiving/shipping, reviewing customer complaints, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspection, and basic hand soldering, cleaning, testing, and final inspections. - Records work performed in the form of symptom codes and parts replacement reasons. - Develops familiarity with a subset of products, processes, and operational metrics and software tools; learns and follows basic work instructions for functional assignments according to productivity and quality standards. - Provides input geared towards continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes. - Resolves a variety of basic problems of limited complexity under direct supervision and performs rudimentary analysis involving limited number of factors. - Learns policies and procedures, and applies them in routine activities. - Complies with all required safety practices, and regulations.

Qualifications:
- High school education preferred but not required

Dress code: Inappropriate attire includes but is not limited to: bare midriffs (i.e., halter tops, tube tops, tied up shirts), short/t-shirt type tank tops, ripped or torn clothing, see-through or extremely tight clothing, short miniskirts/dresses, low-rise clothing, shorts, athletic shorts, capris, sweat shirts and clothes with obscenities and/or vulgarities. Torn, dirty, ragged or faded clothing of any kind and items of casual attire that do not present a businesslike appearance are also unacceptable. Hair (including facial hair) should be clean, combed, and neatly trimmed or arranged regardless of length. Large tattoos and extreme body piercings should be removed or covered during business hours.
Any person working in, entering, or passing through any Production or Warehouse area is required to wear fully enclosed shoes with heels of 1 inch or less. Safety considerations are a priority. Employees are to use good judgment for their working environment and avoid wearing clothing that might create safety hazards. Hairstyles and accessories, such as loose jewelry, or clothing that is too loose or too restrictive may be prohibited for safety reasons.
