Job Description

GDH Consulting is looking for a Project Analyst to work onsite in Raleigh, NC

Job Responsibilities


Scope

  • Manage the infrastructure, virtualization, and automation projects for Customer Experience Labs (CX) 
  • Determine what are feasible goals, deliverables, tasks, cost, and deadlines for each project
  • Able to communicate technical requirements between teams 
Resource Planning
  • Check for necessary resources availability for each project to complete tasks 
  • Gather information from specific lab teams on their needs for their infrastructure setup 
  • Able to determine the cost/benefit of proposed ideas and ability to plan for implementation of ideas within a budget range 
Team Project Management

  • Define, schedule, and accurately estimate the task duration for realistic scheduling 
  • Sync up with individual project teams (infrastructure, virtualization, and automation) for regular updates on tasks 
  • Assign responsibilities and roles based on task and lab team needs 
  • Able to schedule meetings 
  • Able to plan timeline and SLAs 
Risk Management

  • Keep track of major caveats that might arise during the planning/implementation of proposed tasks 
  • Able to plan for possible risks and caveats that might come up during the course of the task
  • Gather detailed reports on the caveats and potential fixes/work-around 
Reports and Documentation

  • Keep detailed reports on progress, issues, and other factors during the planning, implementation, and completion of tasks 
  • Take and keep detailed meeting notes for future reference and upload to the designated location 
  • Document all approvals, and consensus in the designated location 
Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools / apple-equivalent 
  • Be very organized 
  • Good task management / quality management skills
