Description
This position consists of assitsing client staff with software related issues, formatting legal documents for presentation in court, creating training materials for various sortware and working with other publishing software. Required Skills: - Minimum of eight (8) years or greater of hands-on management experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007 of which at least two (2) years experience is with Exchange 2013 or higher. - Minimum of one (1) year or greater of hands-on Office 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.. - Minimum of one (1) year or greater of Office 365 Exchange Online onboarding experience. - Minimum of six (6) years or greater of experience with Windows Server 2008 and above and Active Directory. Desired Skills - Strong skills in troubleshooting performance and health issues in messaging environment. - Expert in Office 2016 suite. Experience troubleshooting client application issues with Outlook, OneDrive, etc. - Ability to read and write Powershell scripts. - Virtualization experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter. - VDI experience with VMware Horizon View. 2 candidates needed.
