GDH Consulting is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to work onsite in San Francisco, CA.
As a Marketing Operations Analyst you will responsible for maintaining the integrity of our marketing automation database and monitoring the automated triggers to ensure quality/governed data. You will be a link between sales, marketing and operations and help enable sales hit their aggressive revenue targets. You will be helping with campaign analysis, uploading various lists for marketing and sales, monitoring programs and several other tasks. 
The ideal candidate should be analytical with some marketing and sales system experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be able to enjoy having a large workload and balance appropriately. The candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout Umbrella and the greater Security organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing lead list uploads from events and other offline activities 
  • Work with sales/marketing teams to train and troubleshoot 
  • Report on global campaigns and make recommendations for improvement 
  • Work with sales/marketing managers to drive KPIs throughout the sales funnel 
  • Facilitate SLA discussions and policy changes across sales and marketing 
  • Advise on organizational projects from a marketing perspective 
  • Aid in optimizing marketing and inside sales processes and drive adoption 
  • Manage and monitor workflow of marketing team 
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented 
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills 
  • Ability to train and document processes 
Education, Skills & Experience

  • Must have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 
  • Ability to work across different teams with ease 
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales organization 
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented

Desirable, not required

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience 
  • Marketo or other marketing automation experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel 
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Comm or /Business 
  • 2 yrs exp; Internship or Volunteer exp will count 
  • Must sit in office
