Job Description


  • Manage Tier 2 tickets on production issues related to Workday Recruiting and On boarding modules 
  • Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues 
  • Update/enable configurations on Recruiting and HCM modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for WD releases as well as weekly releases 
  • Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing 
  • Create advanced custom reports 
  • Maintain requirement/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts 
  • Participate in system testing 

Must haves:

•         Workday recruiting experience

•         Problem solving and HR technicality

•         Troubleshooting errors in Workday

•         Recruiting Configuration and reporting with calculated fields



•         Avature or other CRM tools

•         Someone who’s gone through Workday implementation
