Job Description


This team member will play an integral role in supporting ProfitViews data sourcing efforts for Credit, Deposit and Treasury Management systems of record data from iHUB and manual sources. Ideal candidate will serve as a Team member with a high work rate group made up of Testing and Business Analyst resources dedicated to fulfilling ProfitViews mandate to align with Wholesales iHUB platform and source all Credit, Deposit and Treasury Management systems data into ProfitView over the coming years. Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to: • Develops the ability to produce new and maintains all existing business requirement documentation for the full set of credit, deposit and treasury management products sold by the Wholesale line of business that are in scope for ProfitView to consume from the iHUB application • Coordinates regular interactions with the iHUB application team associated with data profiling and validation efforts for upcoming credit, deposit and treasury management system of record sourcing activities • Coordinates with providers of credit, deposit and treasury management data that is sourced manually into ProfitView, providing training and onboarding support as necessary, while ensuring accurate data preparation and uploading of data • Forms deep understanding of credit, deposit and treasury management product suites, and related profitability metric calculations, while assisting with knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders • Drives data testing activities leveraging a small team of resources from cross-functional areas • Uses SQL background to help improve existing backend querying processes developed for validation and testing of credit, deposit and treasury management data accuracy • Interprets business requirements in support of trouble-shooting potential data defects, and follows established processes for defect escalation and tracking 
Qualifications - 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both - 7+ years of experience in requirement gathering - 3 - 5 years of experience in banking domain knowledge - 3 - 5 years of experience in SQL Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
