1. 10 years Business Analyst experience with
a. Strong Agile (Scrum) experience / expertise; e.g. writing and slicing User Stories; managing Product Backlogs; Scrum Master or coaching adherence to framework
b. Strong business process modeling (BPM / BPMN) experience; defining As-Is / To-Be workflows
c. Solid knowledge of data; structure; mapping; modeling; ETL
d. Strong leadership ability - able to coach people through Agile requirements processes
e. Excellent people and organizational skills - demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence; able to navigate between business stakeholders and technical developers
f. Life insurance or similar industry (e.g. insurance; financial institution) experience; mainframe - multi-tiered architecture
g. Large system integration projects, especially dealing with customer and financial transaction data
h. BA and/or PM certifications (CBAP, PMP)
