Event/Incident Management Administrator

The Incident\Event Management Administrator is responsible for monitoring events and incidents that affect server and service health across the Enterprise, documenting outage information including actions taken to respond to incidents and resolve the outage. 12-hour shift, rotating 3 or 4 days per week

Qualifications

• Public Trust Clearance.

• Understanding of server and network fundamentals.

• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word..

• Coordinating with technical support teams and application owners.

• Document processes and procedures and update existing documents.

• Effective written and oral communications skills.

• Position must be filled at South Charleston, WV location due to use of client network.
