Job Description

.bd_title { font-weight: bold; } GDH is searching for a Technical Support Analyst for one of our clients in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and requirements:
Job Description:
  • Provides first-level technical support and diagnostics for users' software and hardware needs
  • Receives incoming calls for technical support and diagnostics 
  • Configures, installs, and maintains all desktop hardware, software, and peripherals 
  • Troubleshoots desktop and network issues via phone and on-site support 
  • Assists with equipment repair 
  • Assists with rollouts of software and/or hardware 
  • Assists with the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical documentation for the department 

Job Requirements:
  • 0-3 years experience providing technical support on a Helpdesk
  • 0-2 years experience troubleshooting Windows XP and Windows 7 
  • Experience with server 2003/2008 in an Active Directory environment (preferred) Experience with MS Office and Outlook (preferred) 
  • Understands A+ 
  • Demonstrates general knowledge of network infrastructure and support 
  • Understands Active Directory 
  • Able to work well in a complex, multi-platform, multi-vendor, multi-protocol, and LAN/WAN environment
