Job Description

Responsibilities may include:
• Collaborate with operations, global, and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience
• Manage all aspects of voice, headset, fax, radio, and other TCOM equipment and other related functions
• Coordinate with the Houston Local TCOM Support Team to complete TCOM projects in collaboration with the global Voice, Wireless, Network, and other teams
• Provide investigation and diagnosis of incidents and tickets related to TCOM issues and work with the TCOM Support team and vendors to maintain the TCOM systems and ensure continual operation.
• Oversee the daily schedule of all TCOM setups, pickups, and moves
• Oversee activities in the ticketing system
• End user training and solution documentation
• Manage day to day interaction with the customers, building relationships to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
• Partner with Global Voice, Wireless, Network, and other teams to ensure alignment with their initiatives
• Display a high standard of personal integrity & professionalism
• Operate and manage in accordance with all company rules and policies
• Enforcement of policies and procedures
• Generate effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
Basic/Required
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure support
• 3+ years of voice support experience
• 5+ years of experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Proficient with Skype, MS Teams, Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and other communication tools
• Ability to deal tactfully with stakeholders including customers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors who provide a broad spectrum of products and services
• Ability to problem-solve proactively and to perform under pressure
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities in company requirements, product demands, and purchasing timelines through analytical capabilities
