Assoc Engr-client Svc Assr

Responsible for Service Desk Inbound Customer calls and ticket creation and/or Performs lower level technical activities for a single (or multiple) technologies / customers. Follows basic technical procedures for incident triage. Follows basic technical procedures for single user MACDs. Works under supervision of other team members.

Must have:
Basic customer service phone skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data entry skills
Problem solving skills
Multi-tasking skills
Customer Service skills

Ideally you will also have:
Associates Degree or 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Experience working with computers
Experience with MS Office and/or GSuite
The ability to speak multiple Languages desired.
Has exposure to ITIL methodology
All candidates must be able to work any shift, holidays, weekends and on-call rotations in a network operations center environment.
