The Prime Infrastructure team is looking for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced customer support organization. The ideal candidate will be customer-driven and able to drive a positive customer experience and successful issue resolution throughout the duration of a service request. He or she should be collaborative, able to quickly and effectively adapt to change, and a self-starter who is willing to identify opportunities and execute accordingly. The team is looking for someone who will regularly seek out new knowledge, trainings, certifications, etc. and is comfortable suggesting new, creative ideas to improve our team, our organization, and the customer experience. The candidate should excel under pressure and be able to manage a significant caseload while delivering results in a timely manner.

  • You analyze, use, and configure network management applications for medium to critical complexity networks. 
  • You'll consult via phone and email to debug network systems problems of growing levels of complexity; provide support on a global basis. 
  • You will provide systems product training and mentoring to other CSE's and assist in problem resolution where required. 
  • Utilize test equipment and configurations in CSE lab for simulations of real problems. 
  • Assist in a consultative role to facilitate the design of the network and complete design reviews as needed.
  • You will handle caseload and other assignments efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations reliably and professionally. 
  • You will demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core knowledge. 

  • Typically requires Bachelor's Degree with a technical focus or equivalent industry experience 
  • Knowledge of network protocols - SNMP, Telnet, SSH, etc. 
  • 2+ years exposure to LINUX/UNIX 
  • 2+ years exposure to network management, products and protocols 
  • 2+ years exposure to VMWare, Oracle, and Red Hat 
  • Software experience, specifically Python or Java 
  • CCNA certification 
  • Ability to resolve problems and deliver known solutions 
  • Strong time management capabilities 
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
