Job Summary 
Our client is seeking a Business Operations Manager with analytical skills who can coordinate business operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership.  The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of business and executive support related tasks.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:•Provide administrative and operational support including scheduling meetings, securing meeting space, reviewing expenses reports, travel coordination and reimbursement processing, ordering office supplies, human resources support, filing, drafting written communication and basic cash handling functions.•Track key performance metrics for the Division and disseminate information to management within the established intervals.•Maintain a system of continuous process improvement.•Assist with developing and documenting policies and procedures for the Division.•Assist with new employee onboarding including computer access and workstation/office setup.•Establish and maintain a reciprocal communication channel between departments in the Division to ensure that all team members are aware of policies procedures and key deadlines.•Seek positive resolution on customer service issues for internal and external customers•May supervise other support personnel•Minimum Training and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or a minimum of (4) years of experience in Operations, Customer Service or a closely related Administrative Function•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Excellent customer service•Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer applications•Detailed oriented•Exceptional organizational skills
